- Identify what an amygdala hijack is and what to do when students are experiencing one
- Explain how to use emotional regulation strategies (S.T.O.P., journaling, feelings wheel, deep-breathing techniques, recognizing mind bubbles,using a mind jar, minfulness-based activities) to intrinsic motivation and developing a growth mindset.
- Demonstrate how to use the passion project formula to help students be intrinsically motivated and take risks
- Create an EQ Tool (mind jar) and demonstrate how to use it
