Join us for our first ever AET Town Hall Meeting, where you set the agenda.  This is your opportunity to speak directly with the AET Board of Directors about any topic that matters to you.  This is a vital opportunity to connect, ask questions, and shape the future of our community. Whether you’re a long-time member or new to AET, your input matters, this is your open forum for a Q&A with the AET Board.

Location: Register for the Zoom Town Hall

Guidelines of what to Expect

Duration & Format

Total Duration: 1 hour (60 minutes)

Speaker Time Limit: 2 minutes per person

Board Response/Discussion: Up to 8 minutes per person

First-come, first-to-speak based on sign-up (monitored in Chat)

Members will be called in the order they signed up

Structure

Each speaker is allowed 2 minutes to present their question, concern, or suggestion.

The timer starts immediately once the speaker begins.

Timekeeper will give a 30-second warning to the speaker.

At the two-minute mark, speaker must conclude remarks.

No interruptions are allowed.

Board Response & Discussion with Speaker (up to 8 minutes)

The Board has discretion to shorten discussion to allow more speakers.
