AET has reserved a block of rooms for the 41st Annual National Conference. Attendees will receive the discounted rate of $174, plus tax, per night for single or double occupancy when mentioning AET. Rates do not include city & state tax of 14.5% + $1.50 County Tourism Assessment per room per night.

From October 4, 2019 through October 9,2019, you must call Pullman San Francisco Bay at (650) 598-9000 & reserve your room through them. Please make sure, when you call to ask for in-house reservations.
Check-in time for all attendees is 3pm. Attendees may be checked in earlier depending on occupancy levels and room availability. The hotel’s Guest Service staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable. Checkout time is 12Noon. Departure extensions are based on availability, at Hotel’s sole discretion and may be subject to additional charges.
Parking at the hotel is $25 per day.
Pullman San Francisco Bay Hotel provides complimentary shuttle service from San Francisco Intl. Airport (SFO).
When you arrive at SFO:
Once your bags have been collected, call the hotel (650) 598-9000, or dial #16 on the Hotel Courtesy Phone and request for airport shuttle pick-up.
The Concierge will give you shuttle instructions; shuttle will be dispatched.
Approximate run time is 15-30 minutes, one way depending on traffic.
To arrange shuttle service on the day of departure:
The shuttle departs the hotel at the top of each hour and accommodates 9 passengers on a first come first serve basis. Plan to arrive in the lobby 10-15 minutes prior to the departure time and inform the Concierge Desk that you plan to utilize the shuttle service to the airport.
